Here are the policies for this site:
Products: as noted in the disclaimers section, all products are handmade. Now, while I will try to have the standard items made up ahead of time, no guarantees are made. Remember also that variations in colors and designs are likely to be present.
Timeframe: Expect anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks for me to mail your product. I only go to the post office twice a week. Also, if I am out of a material, it takes a couple weeks for me to get more unless there is supply issues.
Safety: all materials are supposed to be non-toxic but please use common sense. Some of these beads are really small and can be a choking hazard for small kids or pets
Shipping: all shipping is done through the US post office, in the cheapest way I can ship it with a tracking number. My shipping rate includes a bit for shipping materials as well. I normally go to the post office on Tuesdays and Fridays but may ship on other days if I happen to be in town and an order is ready.
Supplies: Most of the materials used come from various sellers on Aliexpress, Amazon and Walmart.
Returns: No returns are offered at this time, simply because the return shipping is likely to be almost the cost of the product.
